How to delete your account

Account deletion is done from within the Swoleosophy app:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then tap Account settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm by tapping Yes, delete my account.

You'll need to be signed in to request deletion, since it acts on your own account. If you're unable to sign in and need your account deleted, email privacy@swoleosophy.com from the email address on the account and we'll process the request manually.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account (email and login credentials), profile (username, avatar, bio, links), all logged and planned workouts, friendships, squad memberships, squad chat messages you've sent, reports and blocks associated with your account, and your push notification token. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account or its data once deleted.
